We received a note of appreciation this month from the maintenance team at a process plant in Gujarat, following the delivery of an intelligent motor control centre built at our Morbi facility.
The panel was delivered on the committed date with the routine test report, as-built drawings and relay setting records included, and the team noted that no follow-up was needed to obtain documentation after dispatch.
Why we are sharing it
Complete documentation at handover is something we treat as part of the deliverable rather than an extra. It is worth saying publicly that customers notice, and that the shop floor team who wired, tested and packed that assembly earned the note.
