Control panels built to run your plant, not just pass inspection.
Catbit, a Zenon Business, designs, fabricates and routine-tests AC Drive, IMCC, Distribution, LTPCC and Rapper panels — plus the SCADA and IIoT layer that watches over them. One shop floor in Morbi, dispatched pan-India.
A proprietorship firm, run like a production line.
Established as a Proprietorship firm in 2023 under the headship of Mr. Rajdeep Haldar, Catbit, a Zenon Business, manufactures and supplies AC Drive Panels, Distribution Panels, IMCC Panels, LTPCC Panels, Rapper/MTP Panels and Process Automation Panels from our facility in Morbi, Gujarat.
Every panel that leaves the shop floor is wired, torque-checked and routine-tested before dispatch — with a test certificate issued against the order. We keep the team small on purpose: fewer hand-offs between the engineer who designs the panel and the technician who wires it.
Alongside panels, we build the automation layer that sits on top of them — SCADA, energy management and IIoT systems, Fieldbus Relay hardware and PLC integration — so a plant’s control room and its switchgear come from one place.
Panels, built to the rating you specify.
Six panel families cover most industrial control and power-distribution requirements. Every panel is custom-built against your single-line diagram and load list.
AC Drive Panel
VFD panels for pumps, conveyors and fans, with drive-rated ventilation and harmonic-aware busbar layout.
Request specs →IMCC Panel
Intelligent Motor Control Centres with dust-proof, sturdy construction for continuous-duty motor loads.
Request specs →Distribution Panel
Mild-steel LT distribution boards, fully automatic protection and a finish built for plant-floor conditions.
Request specs →LTPCC Panel
Low-tension power control centres for incoming supply distribution ahead of your MCC/IMCC lineup.
Request specs →Rapper / MTP Panel
Rapper and Micro Tapper Panels for ESP rapping sequences, single-phase, compact motor power.
Request specs →Process Automation Panel
PLC-driven panels for sequenced process control, integrated with your SCADA or DCS layer.
Request specs →The automation layer on top of the panel.
Beyond switchgear, we design and integrate the systems that give a plant visibility and control.
SCADA Systems
Supervisory control and data acquisition for real-time monitoring, alarms and trend logging across your process.
Energy Management System
Load-level energy metering and reporting to track consumption, demand and cost centre by centre.
Industrial Internet of Things
Remote I/O gateways and edge connectivity that push panel-level data to a dashboard, on-site or off.
Dedicated Embedded Systems
Purpose-built controller hardware for machines that don’t fit a standard PLC footprint or budget.
Fieldbus Relay
Protocol translation and relay hardware bridging Modbus, Profibus and other fieldbus networks on-site.
PLC Panel & Integration
Ladder-logic and structured-text programming for new panels or retrofits onto existing switchgear.
Five stages, one shop floor.
Design
Single-line diagram and GA drawing reviewed against your load list.
Fabrication
Sheet-metal enclosure cut, formed and powder-coated in-house.
Wiring
Busbar and control wiring done to the approved drawing, ferruled end to end.
Routine Test
Insulation, continuity and functional test before the panel is signed off.
Dispatch
Packed, documented and shipped pan-India with test certificate.

IEC 61439 form of separation: which form does your plant actually need?
Form 1 to Form 4b changes what a technician can safely touch while the board is live.

A VFD panel is rated by more than motor kW. Ventilation and harmonics decide whether it survives.

Common questions before ordering.
What panel standards does Catbit build to?
Panels are built and type-tested to IS 8623 / IEC 61439 form-of-separation requirements, with routine testing before dispatch and test certificates issued with every order.
Do you deliver outside Gujarat?
Yes. We manufacture from Morbi, Gujarat and deliver pan-India, with site commissioning support arranged for larger orders.
Can you retrofit an existing MCC or PCC panel with SCADA and IIoT monitoring?
Yes. Retrofits typically add remote I/O gateways, a PLC or edge controller, and a SCADA/IIoT layer on top of your existing switchgear without a full panel replacement.
What is the typical lead time for a custom panel?
Lead time depends on rating and BOM availability; simple distribution panels typically ship faster than large IMCC or PCC assemblies. Exact timelines are confirmed at the quotation stage.
