Second routine-test bay commissioned at the Morbi facility

A second routine-test bay is now in use at our Morbi facility. Until now, large assemblies queued for a single bay, and on busy months that queue was the longest single step between final wiring and the packing crate.

The additional bay lets a large IMCC or LTPCC line-up be tested while another assembly is still being wired, which shortens dispatch time on multi-section orders without changing the test schedule itself. Every panel continues to receive the same insulation, withstand, continuity and functional checks, with a test certificate issued against the order.

What it means for orders in progress

Customers with multi-section orders currently in fabrication should see confirmed dispatch dates hold more comfortably. Lead times quoted at the enquiry stage already reflect the new capacity.
